We regret that we cannot guarantee individual support for Diamond Synthesis products. However, we are interested in your feedback and do supply occasional updates to our products to address issues. Look for more information about our products, including update status in this blog.

You can always send an inworld IM or notecard to diamond Marchant.

To update your product, go to an inworld Diamond Synthesis Bit Bucket Giver, WEAR your product, and follow the instructions displayed in chat, if any.

You may be given the updated product OR you may be given a Bit Bucket, which you also WEAR. The purpose of the Bit Bucket is to update only the scripts in your object, which may contain prizes or be modified. When script update is complete, detach your product, and rerez it wherever it needs to be.

Once used, the Bit Bucket is empty and may be deleted.
